Bio

Kristy M. Lynn is an organized, detailed and adaptable Executive Assistant with more than 15+ years of experience in the family law and business manufacturing fields. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration & Bible Theology at Mid-America Christian University. A few of Kristy’s career highlights include, implementing multiple regulatory and compliance systems and leading a heroin and fentanyl barrier testing project by overseeing the development, testing, and production of the ResQ-Grip glove. This innovative glove provides superior protection for law enforcement and EMS personnel in response to the opioid crisis throughout the nation. She coordinated the Community Salute 2020 First Responders and Veterans Appreciation Dinner as well as planned the décor for a guest list of over one thousand people. Kristy has mastery in planning, coordinating, and organizing activities, listening and writing skills, and communication and negotiation skills. This makes it easy for her to build strong work relationships in any project or activity she is involved in and successfully manage all projects she is engaged in despite the challenges.

Outside her professional life, Kristy is a wife and a mother. She has been married for 21 years to a man she describes as her best friend, constant rock and biggest supporter. She is a mother of three amazing children including two daughters aged 15 and 7, and a son aged 8. One of her greatest achievements in life is fostering to adopt her 8-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter. Kristy and her family live in the Village of Minerva, located in the beautiful rolling hills of Carroll County, Ohio. One of her main passions in life is helping to bring more awareness and education regarding the misconceptions of fostering and adopting through the foster care system. Kristy and her family also enjoy supporting Minerva Elementary School service projects by planning and organizing lemonade, hot cocoa, and apple cider stands and craft activities, raising thousands of dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Lastly, Kristy enjoys spending time serving in her local church Grace Chapel.
